I learned to fly in a Cessna 140A, on grass, in a university flying club. Joined the Georgia Tech Flying Club (now the YJFC) in 1977 as a CFI. Served as Chief CFI for 27 years and now as VP of Maintenance since 2009. Met my wife while teaching her to fly in a YJFC C152. My favorite pastimes are aviation and travel.
