How often must dues be paid?

Both the club dues and the flight dues must be paid at the beginning of each Georgia Tech academic semester. Email notifications are sent out in the weeks before the dues expire. If you are not receiving club emails, you can update you email subscriptions on your profile page.

I paid flight fees but I was not able to fly this semester. Can I get my my flight fees refunded?

Yes, contact the treasurer about how to get your flight fees refunded. 

I submitted my application on the website but I have not heard back about it being accepted. What should I do?

Check to make sure the approval email was not sent to your spam folder. After you submit your application you must attend a new member meeting and an EC meeting to be voted into the club. If you have done these things and still believe there is an error, please contact the VP of Membership.
